I got such a great chuckle when I read the title! Thanks for that.

And then I had a huge realization as I read this. Thanks again. SO needed.

Just last night I was still thinking I need to do activist work. I won’t shut up if I see Injustice but I don’t have to carry it. And then I REALIZED that my shoulders, which have always been tight and tense, are still carrying the world. Over the last 6 months in particular my right shoulder in particular has been in a lot of pain. Big aha! And The Beans confirm. Let it roll right off……. And here I thought I’d stopped caretaking. Ha! Shoulders are done with being in service to the world….. They are now finding their joy. ♥️🤣🎉

I’ll keep holding onto my belief that the world is in a HUGE freaking healing crisis. We are at the ugly, horrible, pus-filled, it’s never going to heal, I need to do something, we’re all doomed phase. It feels really really really BAD. REALLY BAD. But we all have to do our own inner work, our own healing….. It’s an inside job and the more we let go, the more we just BE in our joy, let others find their OWN joy, that is when the big healing will shift the world.

Now, I’m practicing relaxing my shoulders…. Breathing into them. Ha!

One of our best joys started up its season again last Saturday…. Contra dancing! And I was having some pain in my foot….. Which makes it hard to dance. Going to make an appointment with my doc, but I’m looking at what this might mean emotionally in terms of blocking my joy. Hmmmmmmmm…………….

Also, I realized that sometimes, some days, my great joy is doing absolutely NOTHING. Dropping my OLD (lifetimes) over-achiever guilt. 🤗🤗♥️♥️✂️✂️✂️🎂🎂🎂👑👑👑🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

I adore this! Brilliant! I have been finding that when I get completely exhausted it is USUALLY because I am trying to do some 3D thing and I just can’t do it anymore.

Ahhhhh….so comforting. My honey has been out of town. I have been either in the throes of home projects, like clearing out old stuff or vegging out on the sofa, reading or watching movies/shows. AND at times I feel a slight panic that I am not more “productive”. OY! This has felt a little extreme for me but I KNOW that it is all good.

So, your channel comforts me mightily. I am alone and finding what brings me joy with NO DISTRACTIONS. Although my honey is an often welcome distraction, I know that this time is being beautifully spent finding out what brings ME joy without him here. So, I can continue on that path when he returns home.

Just the title of your blog gave me comfort.

My guides have often said that they can predict the future, but will not, because in this current era, the future will change from one second to the next. So this: “Today is not the day to ponder your future. But then, neither is tomorrow nor the day after. For you are creating your future day by day.” AND I feel minute by minute sometimes.

There is so much fear and angst around the current world. If I ever bump into someone who is freaked out and it comes up in conversation, I ask them if they want to hear my philosophy. If they say yes, I tell them that we are in Armageddon and that the world is healing and we are in the messy, pus filled, ugly, its never going to heal part of the healing. AND that all this ugliness (racism, misogyny, sexism, etc) needs to come out to the light to be healed. I can see on their faces a kind of comfort.

Anyway, Thanks so much for this…..as always, brilliant and helpful and confirming and affirming.
