This energetic time frame is unlike anything I have had the opportunity to witness. It is a rush of ultimate manifestation, an exercise in Spiritual Physics akin to being tossed into a Navy Seal training scenario.

Most of us who work with the realm of Spiritual Physics can recognize a lesson when it is presented to us. Yet this exercise goes beyond a lesson.

Because this is not a drill.

Most of us are able to shake off a disruption and move on. Yet many are finding this task more and more difficult in our post-election environment.

Today is a special day the likes of which you have never experienced before. Not because…

Our journey to our enlightenment is as varied as is each of us…..each a unique ‘snowflake’ traveling a road that has twists and turns, detours and pitfalls, beautiful, expansive vistas as well as dreary, confining environments.   But each experience was just a step closer to our enlightenment.

Something is stirring deep inside me. I can feel the cycle returning to its origins. I’m feeling the arousal of childhood Joy bubbling up within me.

As a child, I lay wide-eyed in bed with my whole body tingling in anticipation for Christmas morning. I had just attended the midnight candlelight service processing down the isle singing my favorite carols with the junior choir, mesmerized by the flutter of candles and the twinkling lights strung with evergreen swags along the balconies. Whenever I need to draw upon a “feel good” memory, this is it! A frozen moment in time that has carried me through many depressing situations.

As I got older Christmas began to loose its sparkle for me. By the time I was an adult it became a frenetic time of the year burdened by gift buying, decorating and obligatory parties all adding to an already busy schedule as…

Many continue to reel emotionally following the chaos of the past few days. Do not worry for such is no longer your natural state. It might take a few days…

I enjoy sitting alone at cafés.  I love just sipping my dark roast, writing in my journal, working on my blog from my tablet.  Staring out the window.  Between coffee refills I like taking a walk outside in the sunshine.  This is my morning ritual.  It seems to work for me.  Starts me out on the right foot.  Feeling good.  Once in a while that ritual gets interrupted when someone who knows me spots me, and then I have a choice to allow them to sit with me, or tell them I need my space.  I have done both, depending on my mood.

But more and more, it’s getting too uncomfortable to sit with these people.  So I know that something’s gotta give.  I can’t avoid them entirely because the community is not that large, and it’s inevitable I will run into them.  So, I know I am going to…
